
In the 60s, when Foxy’s in Glendale still laminated their menus and was still more coffee shop than restaurant (as it is now), it went to great design lengths to break down its complicated ingredients. The menu described the makings of “Foxy’s Treat” on one side of the page and then for the more OCD inclined customer, provided a precise schematic that let you know exactly in what order they would be stacked.
